Web and Marketing Analyst

iPostal1, the leading provider of Digital Mailbox technology worldwide, is seeking a a highly analytical, curious, and forward-thinking Web and Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into insights that drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement in digital marketing performance. Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 3,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online.


As a Web and Marketing Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing analytics strategies, testing hypotheses, uncovering insights, and measuring the effectiveness of digital initiatives. You’ll work across key platforms like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and ChatGPT, and contribute to optimizing both paid and organic marketing efforts.

This position will be hybrid and based out of our Montebello, NY headquarters, 3 - 4 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test analytics strategies and hypotheses to uncover actionable insights.
  • Use various attribution models to understand the customer journey across channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and BigQuery.
  • Implement and manage tracking solutions through Google Tag Manager.
  • Analyze campaign performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid and organic channels.
  • Create and deliver insightful reports using preferred reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of digital analytics, marketing trends, technologies, and digital transformation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities, whether through initiative, collaboration, or mentorship.
  • Brings thought leadership to the table—able to critically evaluate trends, data, and strategies, and to think new thoughts
  • Proficient in GA4 – this is non-negotiable; legacy analytics experiences are not applicable.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager for tagging and tracking.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing Search Engine Marketing campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of organic traffic analysis and SEO metrics.
  • Skilled in basic statistics (e.g., regression analysis, A/B testing).
  • Experience in attribution modeling and multi-channel funnel analysis.
  • Competent in using reporting tools (we’re tool-agnostic—what matters is insight delivery).
  • Adept at turning data into strategic insights that drive business value.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and presenting new ideas.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with alternative analytics platforms like SimilarWeb and Matomo.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, its implementation, and its impact on digital marketing.
